SCIO Consultation

The Scottish Government has this week published its consultation  document with regard to the proposed regulation of the new Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation.  I have not had time to fully assess the paper yet but it is available from:

The new SCIO form is clearly an important step and I would encourage you to have a read through the consultation document.
